Your telegram of 30th March "Rajaburi" certifi- cate of Lloyd's Agent cannot be granted without permission from Lãoydi London owing to "Rajaburi" not having been
classed there. Suggest that Board of Trade certificate
should beaccepted as in case of Frisia. Certificate of
Lloyd's Agent involves redocking and much extra expense.
If certificate of Lloyd's Agent absolutely necessary
please ask Lloyds to telegraph instructions to their
surveyor.
